It’s been a slow month on the blog, but that’s only indicitive of how hard the team’s been working on the new app!
The engine for our Library app is complete, and the UI is coming together VERY nicely. We’ll have some demo videos up in the beginning of next week.
In the mean time, we’ve been toying with dock icons. Designing dock icons is hard because even if an icon looks great, it may look funny in the dock along side other apps.
So what did we do? Well, Jason cooked up a little app that you can run, drop .icns files onto it, and it displays what the icon looks like in the dock. You can move it around, etc, just like any other app.
Simple. Brilliant. Just works. And it’s yours, free and open source.
Please enjoy “ShowMeOnTheDock“.
